Camp PrepaRED is a day camp designed to engage our rising youth in a variety of health and safety activities, offering them the skill sets that will encourage confidence, leadership and preparedness.

The American Red Cross has an engaging and educational fun-filled week of day-camp planned for Summer 2010!  Rising sixth, seventh and eighth graders are invited to attend the American Red Cross Camp PrepaRED. 

Campers will benefit from certification in Babysitting, Infant & Child CPR, Shelter Operations.  Campers will enjoy a thrilling adventure with French Broad Rafting as well as a Gray Line Trolley Tour.  The Red Cross has also partnered with the YMCA of Western North Carolina to have Guardstart!
