Power Outages
|
Power Outages can occur suddenly and without warning. Outages are mostly caused by weather-related events such as hurricanes, thunderstorms, downed trees, ice storms and even high winds. There's a lot to take into consideration when experiencing a power outage from remembering where you've stashed your stock of batteries and flashlights to keeping your food safe for consumption after the outage.

There are also several precautions that you can take to better prepare your family for a power outage. Know where to find flashlights and batteries, stock your house with extra water and food and consider purchasing a solar charged radio (as seen in picture) which includes a cell phone charger. Call (828) 258-3888 ext. 212 to order.
